I called at 12:20 pm to see if Dr Klepper was on schedule for my 1pm appointment.
I was told that he was actually seeing the patient scheduled right before my appointment at 12:20
I arrived at the office at 12:50 and waited to be brought in for exam at 1:35, nurse took information & did ekg, then I sat in office till 2:05 when dr klepper finally arrived
I am very upset that I waited over an hour past scheduled time to see Dr klepper , something doesn’t add up in this visit timeline, doubtful that patient prior to me took 1 & 1/2 hours…?
My time is valuable also!
BTW I actually like Dr Klepper just don’t like excessive wait times
& no I do not want to be contacted regarding this visit , a phone call won’t change my distasteful visit, just wish I was told the truth when I called so I could relax at home instead of waiting over an hour to see my Dr in office

Dr Klepper was great. Office help deserve 2 stars. On wait list 3 times but never got appointments. Needed tests and had to wait almost a year! Dr Klepper told me to call him next time.

Austin has a special knowledge of medicine, preparation and bed side manner. He not only makes me fell good he always provides me with the correct diagnosis. Austin makes it easy to go to the doctor

Dr. Klein is a compassionate physician who discussed what he was assessing during my carotid procedure. He also explained lifestyle factors that impact cholesterol levels. He has a calm demeanor, which helps to alleviate patient anxiety.

If you can imagine being pleased to see a doctor then Dr B is your guy. The staff is great.
